In preparation for constructing a data base on ancient and classically inspired plays staged in Polish theatres during communism, we have revised and updated the register of performances from that period published in 2015, in a special volume entitled Classical Antiquity on the Communist Stage in Poland. Ancient Theatre as an Ideological Medium: A Critical Review. Warsaw: OBTA UW. The 2015 register contained over 500 entries, its 2026 edition includes well over 600. It is now available for consultation the OBTA site.
